01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the entire document:

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the cc6v3 platform in any capacity, you irrevocably confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You have read and agree to the cc6v3 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference;
• You have read and agree to the cc6v3 Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set forth in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• All information you have provided or will provide to cc6v3 is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

If you are accessing cc6v3 on behalf of a third party or as an agent, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms & Conditions.

03 Eligibility

Access to and use of the cc6v3 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active cc6v3 account. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and enforced by PAGCOR regulations. cc6v3 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under 21 years of age.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The cc6v3 platform is operated under PAGCOR's regulatory framework and is intended for use by players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not eligible to register or use cc6v3 services. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing cc6v3 is lawful in their jurisdiction.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are otherwise restricted from entering contracts are not eligible to use cc6v3.

3.4 Self-Exclusion

Individuals who have voluntarily registered for self-exclusion through cc6v3's responsible gaming tools or through any PAGCOR-administered self-exclusion program are not eligible to register or maintain an account on cc6v3 during the self-exclusion period.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access gaming services on cc6v3, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. You agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) cc6v3 account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. cc6v3 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, and any balances held therein — including deposited funds — may be forfeited pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cc6v3 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your cc6v3 account;
• Not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• Log out of your account after each session when using shared or public devices;
• Notify cc6v3 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

cc6v3 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

cc6v3 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all registered players. You agree to provide, upon request, the following documentation:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys ID);
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership where required;
• Any additional documentation reasonably required by cc6v3 to comply with applicable law.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by cc6v3 will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, account suspension.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cc6v3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). cc6v3 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment processors not listed herein.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cc6v3 account portal at the time of transaction. These amounts may be updated by cc6v3 from time to time without prior notice. Maximum transaction limits may be imposed on individual accounts for security or regulatory compliance purposes.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your cc6v3 wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified prior to any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the cc6v3 account;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal;
• cc6v3 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times;
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be processed due to failed verification may be returned to the player's cc6v3 wallet balance.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

cc6v3 complies fully with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. cc6v3 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players engaged in any form of money laundering through the cc6v3 platform will have their accounts immediately closed, funds frozen, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

cc6v3 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits issued by cc6v3 are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where applicable) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering multiples are disclosed on each promotion page.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

cc6v3 reserves the right to:

• Restrict bonus eligibility based on the player's account history, geographic location, or payment method used;
• Limit one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method;
• Withdraw any bonus if cc6v3 reasonably suspects that the bonus is being exploited through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or any form of bonus abuse;
• Modify or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that modifications do not retroactively disadvantage players who have already opted into an active promotion.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus credits that are not used within the validity period specified at the time of issue will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

07 Betting Rules

7.1 General Betting Conduct

All bets placed on the cc6v3 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. cc6v3's decision on the settlement of all bets is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described herein.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types on cc6v3. These limits are displayed prior to bet placement and may vary by sport, event, game type, and account tier. cc6v3 reserves the right to adjust stake limits on any account at any time without prior notice.

7.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error, cc6v3 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player wallets. cc6v3 is not liable for any system failures beyond its reasonable control that result in bets being placed or settled incorrectly.

7.4 Integrity and Suspicious Activity

cc6v3 actively monitors betting patterns for indicators of match-fixing, insider information, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events. Accounts found to be engaged in such activity will be immediately suspended and relevant information may be reported to appropriate sporting bodies and law enforcement agencies.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cc6v3 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering as a player while under the age of 21;
• Registering or operating more than one cc6v3 account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple accounts;
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes in bad faith;
• Attempting to access the cc6v3 platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cc6v3 staff or other players through any communication channel.

09 Responsible Gaming

cc6v3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take active steps to provide tools and resources to help players stay in control.

9.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are available to all registered cc6v3 players directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit caps on your account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Reality Checks: View your net win/loss position for the current gaming session at any time;
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Lock your account from gaming activity for a period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months;
• Permanent Account Closure: Request permanent closure of your cc6v3 account at any time by contacting support.

9.2 Age Verification and Minor Protection

We employ robust age verification procedures at registration and reserve the right to request proof of age at any point during a player's tenure on the platform. Players who suspect that a minor may have accessed their account must notify cc6v3 immediately.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the cc6v3 platform — including but not limited to the cc6v3 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other proprietary materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cc6v3 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the cc6v3 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any cc6v3 content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on cc6v3 content;
• Use cc6v3's brand, trademarks, or logos in any manner without express written permission;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any cc6v3 software or technology.

Any unauthorized use of cc6v3 intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cc6v3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the cc6v3 platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data;
• Any technical errors, delays, or system failures beyond cc6v3's reasonable control;
• Loss of winnings due to platform malfunction, provided that affected stakes are returned;
• Any action taken by cc6v3 in good faith to enforce these Terms & Conditions.

In no event shall cc6v3's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

The cc6v3 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. cc6v3 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by cc6v3

cc6v3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Violation of applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive;
• Any conduct that cc6v3 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may request closure of your cc6v3 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for any reason, your license to use the cc6v3 platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect.

13 Amendments to These Terms

cc6v3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cc6v3 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page;
• Display a notice to registered players upon their next login where changes are material;
• Where required by PAGCOR regulations, provide advance notice of changes.

Your continued use of the cc6v3 platform after the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the cc6v3 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with cc6v3's customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, cc6v3 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
